Assessment Services
- Once you have made contact with the Centre, one of our therapists will contact you and discuss your specific concerns and how best to go ahead with the assessment process.
- The Sussex Children’s Centre provides individual or multidisciplinary assessment packages.
- When an appointment is made we will ask you to complete an initial questionnaire about your child. The assessment can take place at our clinic or we can arrange to see you at your home or at your child’s school.
- Once the assessment is carried out, the therapist will discuss her observations with you.
- A written report will follow summarising the findings of the assessment. The therapist will also make specific and practical recommendations that will support your child at home and at school or college.
